What experience do you have?
Although new to Look Good Feel Great, I have had many years experience in exercise and weight lose. Being a chef around food all day and at one stage weighing over 120kg, I know what steps a client needs to take as well as the hurdles they will have to face in order to achieve their weight loss goals. I have also worked with clients in different types of environments such as the gym, park, home, running group classes including boxing, kick boxing and boot camp.
What type of clients have you trained?
Most of my clients generally want to lose weight and increase their fitness, but I have also worked with people wanting to increase muscle mass, join the police force or the army as well as clients who have reached their main goal and would like to maintain their level of fitness.
How can you motivate your clients to achieve the results they want?
I start by finding out what their main goals are then break that up into smaller ones. That way my clients can look back at their achievements and compare that to where they were when they first started. I also like to mix my training with clients up by using different equipment including medicine balls, ropes, resistance bands and hurdles as well as including a bit of boxing and kick boxing into the session.
