  • Have 12 classes to suit your busy work schedule both mornings and evenings.
  • We provide a very friendly and mature environment for our clients, all our clients vary in age, fitness levels and genders.
  • Upon completion of your membership you will receive meal plans and training programs that will aid in accelerating your weight loss and fitness
  • Have the most experienced trainers in Penrith, Denver Oliveux and his team have been involved in fitness classes for over 10 years.
  • Every 3 months you get the opportunity to sit down with a Personal Trainer to help accelerate your weight loss through effective nutrition and exercise plans.

Prices & Memberships

 

  • Introductory Class: Your first class is only $10, this way you can try before you decide on the following options.
  • Membership (1): $20 a week for unlimited classes, this cheaper option is a 12 week contract, after this period you can cancel or suspend at anytime.
  • Membership (2): $25 a week for unlimited classes, with this option you can cancel your membership at anytime.
  • 10 Visit Pass: With this option you are pre-purchasing 10 visits in advance and these sessions don't expire, cost is $125.
  • Casual Sessions: You can pay as you go for casual sessions which is $15 per session

  • Simply decide which class you would like to come along to first.
  • Call/Text or email us on the details provided on the 'Contact' page and we will book you in for your first class which is only $10 (introductory rate).
  • If requested we can email you a membership form so you can view the details beforehand, or simply click on the link below to download your form:
