What is Personal Training?
 
Here at Looking Good and Feeling Great we have been providing local Penrith residents with Personal Training for almost 15 years. Personal Training is a unique service that is focused on addressing your unique health and fitness goals. Personal Training is different from typical gym training and group exercise because we design training and nutrition programs tailored to your level of fitness, injuries or medical conditions, time restraints and goals. The try power in Personal Training is our focus on keeping our clients accountable to their fitness and weight loss goals. You will have a trainer check in on you week in and week out about your exercise and eating habits. We are unique in our services from the point of view that we can perform Personal Training at your own home, park or a near by gym located in the Penrith area.
