The only question is how will you use your Will Power on a regular basis:
1) Take a bottle of water with you everywhere you go to get 2 Litres of water per day.
2) Go grocery shopping with a list so you can plan out your healthy foods.
3) Bring some healthy snacks to work so you don’t over do it on lunch
4) Plan out your dinners so you don’t have take out at the end of a hard day
5) Plan or ask your trainer for a 30 minute workout that you can do at home if you feel its too cold to exercise in the early morning or late evening
