I had a client ask me a question about ‘How many calories should I be having for my snacks and can you suggest some healthy ones that are low calorie?’

Women should be roughly having between 100-150 calories for there snacks and Males should be having between 150-200 calories per snack and having 3 a day (morning tea, afternoon tea and desert). Check out these cool low calorie options that you can have and will help you lose weight and tone up:
