I’ve found some excellent information from a leading Dietican in the industry called ‘Matt O’Neil’ who has outlined 10 tips to dieting success. My challenge to you all is to focus on one habit and stick to that everyday for 30 days. Personally I choose point 5 which is ‘monitor your results’ to this day those who monitor there food intake through a diary usually see the best results and I’ve been in the industry for over 16 years.
