I have finished organising your Meal and Training Programs for Weeks 5 and 6, I’ve included some tasty deserts that you can mix and match and even swop for afternoon tea as well.

For the Training Program I have created it to be like a circuit, you do one exercise continuous for 20 seconds and then have a 10 second break and then move the following exercise and continue to do so until you have kicked all the exercises. Once you have finished 1 round have a 2-3 minute break and then start again, your goal is to complete 3 rounds in under 25 minutes if possible.
