We hope you have enjoyed your training with us so far and we are excited to help you with your weight loss and fitness goals.
As you may have already read in your previous email that when it comes to weight loss your nutrition is 70% of the battle and your exercise is only 30% of the battle. Thus it makes sense to have some really good meal plans and nutrition guidance to help you overcome future frustrations with weight loss.
Below I have created a Male and Female Meal Plan for you to download at your own leisure but please understand that I am not a dietician/nutritionist thus you are participating in this meal plan at your own risk. If you have health concerns or conditions that have been a challenge in the past then we recommend you see a doctor or dietician/nutritionist before you participate in these meal plans or take up any further nutritional advice from Looking Good and Feeling Great.
