Here are your meal plans for the next two weeks if you have any questions please let me know.
If you prefer to count your calories I would highly recommend the ladies stick to 1400-1700 calories per day and males between 2,000 and 2,300 calories per day. Please use an APP called ‘Myfitnesspal’ to calculate your calorie intake, we can focus on Carbs, Fat and Protein later on, just don’t want to get too technical straight away.
