My Weight Loss Secret:

Personally my biggest challenge with staying lean and what has helped me with getting ready for competitions where I have lost 14kg in 14 weeks, was looking at my entire week, the last thing i do at night is plan and cook my meals for the upcoming day(s). The Sunday grocery shop and each night planning my meals is by far my secret weapon, to me those who are organised will run circles around those who simply train hard when it comes to weight loss.
