Parents & bubs classes
Whilst becoming a Parent is a wonderful time in your life it can sometimes be hard to get back into shape and that goes for the fathers as well. Our Parents & Bubs Fitness workout will not only help you shed those extra kilos but also helps you connect with other new parent’s as well. Working with others in an encouraging environment to achieve your goals has a very positive effect on both your self-esteem and your overall wellbeing.
Our Parent’s and Bubs sessions provide a safe and supportive return to fitness. They are suitable for both preand postnatal for mums and have a strong focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength. Fathers are very
welcome as we know the boys also need help with getting back into shape, the change in life and routine can be very challenging for the fella’s as well.
While the time and location of parents and bubs classes is tailored to suit parents training with their children, everyone is welcome at these sessions. You don’t have to be a mum or dad or bring your kids along.
We currently offer these classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am at Jamison Park in Penrith.
