Personal Training Tip of the Week
If you’re goal is to lose weight their are many different strategies you can employ to achieve great results. However one of the oldest and still amongst the best is keeping a food journal , this is especially great if you have hit a weight loss plateau and are struggling to see results. I highly recommend using an App called ‘Myfitnesspal’ its a great tool for finding the calorie content of different foods, it’s got a scanner so any food item with a bar code it will pick up the nutritional value. It’s by far the best tool I have used for researching and documenting your food, exercise and weight loss.
