The training program below is going to be your very own program that you can do at home during the week.

You will be expected to do this program 3 times a week and will get bonus points accordingly on your healthy habits trackers.

The program requires the use of bands and weights, all of which you can purchase from KMART.

I would recommend you purchase the 20-25kg weight set and all 3 resistance bands.
