My apologies for the lateness of these new meal and exercise plans but here they are.

A little more variety then the past meal plan but remember you can mix and match your food plans from the past two fortnights and that goes for the training regime as well. If you don’t like certain founds swap them and likewise if an exercise hurts (in a bad way) a joint or muscle, swap it for another one.
