Winter is a hard time for anyone to keep motivated and focused on their healthy exercise and nutritional habits. However their are ways on how to counter this challenging time. Recently I have started a 8 Week Body Transformation Challenge and part of the challenge is to use a ‘Healthy Habits Tracker’ that I designed with my trainers a few years back and the results are incredible. My team and I designed this ‘Habit Tracker’ based on what thought were among the most common habits of clients who were achieving the best results in health, fitness and weight loss.
